It is very important for caregivers, case managers, parents and the individuals themselves to understand how this works.  Basically, PKF, Inc. helps you find an employer who is hiring and PKF, Inc. then hires and trains a job coach to assist you during your entire shift for job success for as long as you need the job coach to assist you.  The employer puts you on their payroll and we put the job coach on PKF, Inc. payroll.
