Direct Support Workers - Job Coach
Trained Job Coaches are paired with individuals with developmental disabilities at work sites at Puna Kamali'i Flowers, Inc. or elsewhere in the community.
Supported Employment: personal, hourly, one to one assistance for employment.
Trained Job Coaches assist individuals with developmental disabilities on the job, on an hourly basis, at any employer site.
