OPTION 2

• A pre-employment training, 360 hours including additional or extended training enrollment as needed. 
• Individual with developmental disabilities wants 40 hours a week participation
• Individuals must be Medicaid Waiver authorized through the State of Hawaii Department of Health, DDD
• Must be 18 + years of age
• Hours available: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
• ISP and IP goal setting
• Community based assessments
• Resumes
• Job development
• Mock job interviewing
• Hourly job training support
• Transportation to and/or from training site for DD/MR individual by PKF, Inc.
• Information regarding Social Security laws and work 
• Information regarding Medicaid laws and work
• We pay you a $500.00 maximum supplimental training stipend
• Certificate of participation.
